Limit: Exhausted. Shutdown any Elven Archer power to gain 1 PP. Activate an opportunity or participate in a Transition Scene to recover that power.

SFX: Hidden Knife. Add a D6 hidden weapon asset to your next roll, then shutdown this SFX. Recover by activating an oppurtunity.
SFX: Sai. When inflicting a disarming or weapon-binding complication on a target, add a D6 and step up the effect die.
Limit: Gear. Shutdown an Cylin's Weaponry power or SFX to gain 1 PP. Take an action vs. the doom pool or activate an opportunity to recover.
