- +1 appropriate mundane equipment
- +1 appropriate mundane locale
- +1 appropriate time condition
- +1 successfully performing mundane instant action
- +1 successfully performing mundane extended action
- +1 fulfilling Language prerequisite
- +1 fulfilling certain prerequisite condition in appropriate (certain knowledge, or code of behavior)
- +2 appropriate supernatural equipment (Artifact or appropriate supernatural material)
- +2 appropriate supernatural locale (Hallow, Locus, other dimension, or alternate state of existence)
- +2 successfully performing supernatural instant action (i.e. instant Spell, Rote, Attainment, or instant power from other supernatural source)
- +2 successfully performing supernatural extended action (i.e. extended Ritual, or extended power from other supernatural source)
- +2 successfully performing uncertain mundane instant action (striking down enemy, leveling social argument, successful repair attempt under pressure, etc.)
- +3 total physical identification of spell and equipment (impossible without specific object)
- +3 total physical identification of spell and locale (impossible in other locale)
- +3 total physical identification of imago action and actual action (successful physical performance in appropriate locale with actual target)
