Power Sets:

LORE OF MANKIND
Psychic Resistance D8, Telepathy D12
SFX: Advanced Planning. Borrow a die from the doom pool and take a Telepathy roll against the doom pool . If the
Roll succeeds, step back the die and return it to the doom pool.  If the roll fails, take mental stress equal to the
doom die, then return it to the doom pool.
SFX: Always Prepared. Spend 1 PP to step up a Expert Specialty stunt or resource and recover mental or emotional stress.
SFX: Fact Check. When generating assets or resources step up or double a Specialty. Spend 1 PP to do both.
SFX: Plans within Plans. When using a Lore of Mankind power to create assets, add a D6 and step up the effect die.
SFX: Tapping In. Step down a Lore of Mankind power to gain a Rookie Specialty until you recover that power. Activate an
opportunity to recover, or during a transition scene.
Limit: Depletion. Spend a resource, asset, or complication created by Lore of Mankind to gain 1 PP.
Limit: Five people know. Der Eine Der Weiss can use Telepathy only to know things, that at least 5 other humans know.

SFX: Multi-Targeting. Target multiple objects or characters with a Control Bracelet power. For every additional target,
add a D6 and keep an additional effect die.
SFX: Temporal Copy. Shutdown a Control Bracelet power to create a Bracelet Copy asset of equal die size. Activate an 
opportunity to recover,  or during a transition scene.
Limit: Gear. Shutdown Control Bracelet to gain 1 PP. Activate an opportunity to recover, or during a transition scene.
