Project Garnet

Membership Requirements: One Section-specific Skill at 3 or higher.
Free Skill Specialization: any relevant to their Section.

All characters who join Project Garnet must join a Section. Sections represent specialized divisions of labor within the Project. All members of Project Garnet may purchase the Merits Contacts and Allies at half-price.
